Customers should notify us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide clear access to all service areas and a working water source if required.
Pets should be secured and fragile items removed from work areas.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improper installations.
